You only have one first chance to make one first impression that lasts a lifetime Reputations to proceed itself do you believe in hell? Babylon, greed for wealth Do you deceive yourself and let your ego swell And disregard those who most need your help Thick skinned, the dark won’t take my soul Survived spiritual wars, see my welts And the evils felt but faith is stronger I saw grown men fall when I was a youngster But I clenched my fist Ready to go against whoever Tie my Timb’s and rise in the end

When the Armageddon start get dread A lot of weak are to weep and moan Only the strong will continue do you have it in you? Now we’ve got a journey to go And when the battle get sour and dread A lot of weak heart wither and moan Only the strong will continue I know you have it in you I know you have it in you

No man live forever but never say never Every goodie want better, just be a go getter And always be clever in every endeavour Coz drastic time call for drastic measure Your girl try to pleasure from ya navel string sever The land and the treasure work for whatever Jah say don’t be a beggar, the alpha omega Will bless every soul no matter which name you prefer The immortal stepper believe in every skin no matter which colour leather Will never let you down no matter which kind of weather You’re destined to rise like the son of Rebecca don’t stop for a second Every man reckon it sure would be good to be there Whether Zion or Mecca when the gates are finally closed And the saints go marching in

When the Armageddon start get dread A lot of weak are to weep and moan Only the strong will continue do you have it in you? Now we’ve got a journey to go And when the battle get sour and dreadA lot of weak heart a wither and moan Only the strong will continue I know you have it in you I know you have it in you

Essiac Tea (Up to the Mountain)

Following the education and surprise I heard from my teacher about the Hoxey Clinic I began to research the subject. As I said in a previous blog I was not able to find much about the clinic. But I came across the Essiac Tea. Essiac is the name of the nurse Rene Caisse spelled backwards. She developed this tea made of burdock root, slippery elm bark, turkey rhubarb and sheep sorrel. Rene Caisse would bottle up large batches of this tea and give it away to patients in her community with cancer and other diseases. People were reversing all kinds of cancer and different ailments until the Ontario government got a hold of this and shut her down. Evidence was burned and she was threatened to not make this tea anymore.

I decided to try the tea on myself. I bought six amber bottles, the stainless steel pot and strainer, two gallons of distilled water and the herbs that are already measured to the correct dose. You are able to drink this tea once a day for preventive care and a slight detox. Take it twice a day for chronic ailments and up to four times a day to reverse cancer and life threatening diseases. These are all blood purifying herbs and since it detoxes the cells and kills cancer cells you need to make sure you drink plenty of water so your body does not become dehydrated.

After a couple months on this tea, my mother began to take it. She started to detox heavily because she was not consuming enough water but she began to lose some weight. A year later my grandfather was diagnosed with lung cancer that was rapidly spreading. He had radiation and chemotherapy which eventually spread the cancer to his liver. I put him on the tea and he took it faithfully for a year. When he visited his doctors they were very surprised to see no more lung cancer and was not able to find anything wrong in his body. My grandfather was able to live many more years on that tea until he died in the hospital of mrsa and an overdose of morphine. What a dam coincidence. Years later I treated a brain cancer patient who was in and out of the hospital with treatments. Her cancer started with the breast and rapidly spread to other parts of her body. She took the tea on and off again for a year and began to feel better again. I trained her in level one reiki to assist the process of healing so she would be able to reiki herself everyday. She passed away over a year ago the moment she stopped taking the tea and the conventional doctors played with her head luring her into all their new treatments for brain cancer. Those treatments worked so well that they killed her.

Cancer patients were continually put in my path and I would with all my heart try to convince them to take this tea. I struggled with the patients who would take the tea, see the tumors shrink or disapear and then still continue on with the radiation or chemotherapy that eventually killed them or fucked them up worse than when they were diagnosed. Or the ones who would question me how could this be true. You mean for less than 40$ a month a tea is going to help my dis-ease. They would become obsessed with the information on the internet about the Essiac tea trying to find something wrong with it. Well of course you are not going to find something good about your typical cancer because the internet is filled with trying to ban the tea. (Read Hoxsey clinic and Which side do we choose blog). Some people didn't like the taste and others enjoyed taking the tea which only equals a half of cup each time swallowed. I would tell them hold your nose, just take it back and then drink juice after. If this tea is saving your life, hold onto your life and have the strength to drink it. Most people are scared of cancer. They shribble up inside of themselves when they even hear the word. We relate the word cancer to death. No body wants to die. Its pathedic that when you are diagnosed with cancer the doctors tell you how long you have to live. No body has the right to tell a person when their life will end. They have already given up on you because they put a time on your light and when it will be blown out. I would tell each patient you are going to live. Your body has its own ability to heal itself. They would have a bit a faith in their eyes all of a sudden and for a minute would believe me...

No disrespect to those with cancer or people who have lost love ones to cancer. I have lost many who I care and love to cancer too. This will be the last blog on cancer that I write. Any of you who want more information on this tea from a site that comes from the truth go to www.herbalhealer.com. Their herbs are fresh and there are many testimonials on the Essiac tea. A great book to read is Calling of an Angel by Dr. Gary Glum who goes into further details on the Essiac tea.

No I do not have cancer but who knows maybe I once did. I have felt lumps in my body. I have had chronic ailments. While I was taking the tea they disappeared. Does those who question me, tell me you are not in my shoes, are not the one who has cancer and not able to relate to you make you feel any better now? I once wanted to dedicate my life to treating cancer patients. I believe we are able to reverse any disease in our body if we have the will. But I will no longer treat any cancer patient unless they are begging me to help assist in saving their life while on their knees. Sounds kind of harsh I know. I have not been put on this earth for people to waste my energy and my time if they are not able to put in the effort. I am not able to go up against the FDA, government, cancer society and the doctors who have brainwashed you. I have given up. They have more power and are stronger than me.

Therefore you may need to go up to the mountain on your own, find the calmness and quietness and listen to your body. There will be no chaos or racket around you to disturb you. When you are one with yourself you will have all the answers. If you were strong enough to climb up that mountain, the way down will be much easier... Love and Light

The things we need most are the things we have become most afraid of, such as adventure, intimacy, and authentic communication. We avert our eyes and stick to comfortable topics. We hold it as a virtue to be private, to be discreet, so that no one sees our dirty laundry. We are uncomfortable with intimacy and connection, which are among the greatest of our unmet needs today. To be truly seen and heard, to be truly known, is a deep human need. Our hunger for it is so omnipresent, so much apart of our life experience, that we no more know what it is missing than a fish knows it is wet. We need more intimacy than nearly anyone considers normal. Always hungry for it, we seek solace and sustenance in the closest available substitutes: television, shopping, pornography, conspicuous consumption — anything to ease the hurt, to feel connected, or to project an image by which we might be seen or known, or at least see and know ourselves.” ― Charles Eisenstein

Clap your hands with love

I have not been to a movie in a long time where the audience begins to clap their hands. Not just once but three times. You do not see that anymore. The people did not just clap their hands but they did not want to leave their seats through the credits with music. It takes a lot for people to raise their hands bring them together and make noise over and over. Sound from clapping your hands brings forth a lot of energy that musically fills a room.

I feel sad and ecstatic for those who lingered after the story ended. I guess not only for them but for myself. I stayed in their present consuming their hope and being. They made me more aware of who I am and made me happy that there are still ones out there who breathe love into their lungs. I admit I am a romantic by heart and a true bull by my sign.

The movie is a series by hint and was the finale but I have never felt such energy from an audience. When the enemies were killed hands clapped since it was long over due. No one one wants their loved ones to hurt before their very own eyes. Finally no more suffering amongst the good who always project only love. A battle field was shed amongst the good and the evil. Life is all about love. When you love your family, friends, animals and partners you feel connected. The screening reminded me how much one will do for another they care so much for. Those people take risks. They put others that they love so deeply first before themselves. They will die while being brave and not afraid for someone. No matter what the outcome may be they will stand up and take a bullet to protect and conquer the enemy.

You might be thinking yea whatever...Love stories and movies blah blah blah You girls are into that shit... No its not that at all. I feel you do not see people fighting for their loved ones anymore as much. If they are about to lose someone they will just let go and give up. It's easier to just let go then to present the situation stand up for what you need so eager and not run away because it may be to hard. There is just no effort anymore. Grab the person you love by the hand or the chest by reaching out to them and take a stance. Do not be knock down and lazy and have no fight in your soul. Be the person you are and go after what you want. Not just a partner but your family or friend who has been there through thick and thin. Have their back for gods sake. What do you have to lose? Be a man...Be a woman...Stop being so scared to feel what resides in your heart. Love with your power that radiates through your fingertips amongst each human you come in contact with. Shine your love and light amongst them through your eyes and the energy will reciprocate back to you.

The audience clapped at the end because everyone always loves good endings. The battlefield scene was just a vision of what would of happened if it occurred. But by foreseeing the future through the eyes of the good it was stopped. The bad stepped back because love conquered all. Love will always conquer the bad but if you do not step forward with both feet guards down and vision rooted, you matter of well just go hide and crawl in a deep dark spot where no one will ever find you...because that's where you probably deserve to be. Clap your hands and start swaying back and forth and love and love and love some more...love and light to all who read this:)

“The source of love is deep in us and we can help others realize a lot of happiness. One word, one action, one thought can reduce another person’s suffering and bring that person joy.” -Thich Nhat Hanh

Just Be said my Dear Friend

Do you ever find your mind rambling and thinking too much? Why do we try to have an answer for every question or problem that arises from our mind that works on overload day in and day out? My mission has been to just be.

When we allow ourselves to just take a deep breath in and exhale out we relax. If we are always pondering our situations and emotions we lose our present being. We become scattered and not grounded to the earth we walk on.

You may be thinking well how do I just be? I am stressed out, emotional, worrying, tired, questioning and feeling exhuberated. I feel like chopping someone's head off, I am angry, pissed off and wondering why this is happening to me.

Lovelies stop trying to CONTROL every situation brought forth to you. Most of the time it is just too much for you to handle anyway. Life is a test. When we we ace the questions by answering by our first instincts we pass with a grade of 100%. Do not second guess yourself or you will fail.

What I am trying to say is that if we were given situations that we ponder on too much consuming our being we will lose out on the minutes that are so sacred. If our mind is always chaotic and controlling we will not be able to hear the beauty of the rain falling continuously outside. We will miss out on others voices that are humming a melody to our senses.

When it rains it always pours. When it it pours it becomes a little louder. When it comes down pounding against the gravel it awakens you to the point where your are not able to hear anything besides continuous water flowing over and over again. The rain is so strong you are not able to listen to the racket of your brain. Almost like your heart is pounding, drowning out every inch of your being. May be a little too much for you to bear because the echoing of the pin drops are so fierce. Then lightening and thunder breaks through the night sky and rumbles through your veins. It may rain for a bit or a few hours at a continuous pace. You feel attuned to this repetitive noise that has bellowed through your feelings. But then all of a sudden it lightens up. Little by little the rain becomes to a halt. Silence gracefully steps in as if the rain washes away most of your doubts, questions and fears. You are back to where you started from. Only this time just be my dear friends.....

Owls

With the new moon we had on Tues brings us mysterious illusions from the night sky. These mysteries of our world are unfolding on us now. Try to be present and aware of current circumstances brought forth to your attention. Unexpected coincidences, vivid dreams and people from the past will appear. Be like the owl. Tap into your intuition and listen by feeling and seeing clearly. Your being will unravel and your heart will feel calmer. Do not be scared to spread your wings and lift from your post. Be alive and follow into the night sky to see higher than the stars. Once you do your light will shine brighter....

“A wise old owl sat on an oak; The more he saw the less he spoke; The less he spoke the more he heard; Why aren't we like that wise old bird?”- wisdom quote

An owl’s eye never moves.
It always looks forward.
Forward through the dark.
Forward through the light.
This owl may twist.
They may veer.
She can rotate.
He can flip upside down.
But always forward.
Up or
Down or
Left or
Right but
Always Forward.- unknown author

I talk with the moon, said the owl
While she lingers over my tree
I talk with the moon, said the owl
And the night belongs to me.
I talk with the sun, said the wren
As soon as he starts to shine
I talk with the sun, said the wren
And the day is mine. - wisdom quote

A serious writer is not to be confounded with a solemn writer. A serious writer may be a hawk or a buzzard or even a popinjay, but a solemn writer is always a bloody owl. -Ernest Hemingway

A Catchy tune to brighten your day The Lumineers - Ho Hey

Hoxsey clinic

I just wanted to point out to you that it may be hard to find any information on the Hoxsey clinic online because the FDA has done their best to kill it. They have gone to great lengths to even posting this picture below all over the Internet. For those who are interested here is the link for more information: http://www.hoxseycancerdiet.com/index.cfm.

I have described in the last two blogs about money and cancer. I will continue on with my story of what I started doing to help people reverse their cancer following my teachers lecture. Then I will drop the subject of cancer and money. As I continue to blog I am not trying to lecture or preach about this matter. I am just sharing with you what I have learned through experience. This was part of the process of my life and I felt I was not able to eliminate this subject that may be touchy for some in order to bring you through my fifteen years that I am writing about.

I just find this photo below to be too funny to not share. I will not comment on the words but take the time to read it and feel what resonates with you...

I've realized that being happy is a choice. You never want to rub anybody the wrong way or not be fun to be around, but you have to be happy. When I get logical and I don't trust my instincts - Thats when I get in trouble.

Money

We all love money!!! Right? Life seems to flow a little bit smoother when we have enough. No stress. No worries or heartache. It gives us an extra cushion and an added edge to our being. We get to eat, sleep, be warm, be merry and be comfortable.

Well I understand completely with those who unfortunately end up with barely any money to put food in their mouth. Now first I want to make it clear I am not comparing myself to those who are unfortunate to have lost their home and their being with the latest storm. Nor the people in our country or other countries who have nothing at all. I have never been that broken. I just pray and send them all my love and light. But there have been two times in my life where I have struggled a little. I have never came from a rich family. I lived in an apartment until we needed to move out because my parents felt the neighborhood was not safe for their children to live in. Therefore I realize my parents must have struggled too back in the day. My sister and I loved our small apartment more than the house we moved into. We accepted where we lived and knew no better. That was the same familiar surrounding where we picked our berries off the trees.

The first time i have struggled with barely any money we will discuss in a later blog because it was linked to the moment I lost who I was. But the second time I ended up living on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for awhile. Later in life I learned peanut butter thrives on aflatoxin which is a mold that grows automatically on peanuts because they grow underground. I no longer eat peanut butter and have switched to almond butter or sunflower butter lol But that is besides the point. I just want you to understand that I know the feeling of having no money, ruining my credit for years and learning how to spend and calculate to the last dollar while developing anxiety.

When I was twenty I would hang out with my friend and her younger boyfriend by ten years who she had a child with and learn how to cook with barely no money at all. This was the first time I was educated on food stamps and section eight housing. She showed me the Spanish markets of Springfield MA isle by isle and I would learn how to make rice and beans cheap. Sofrito, cilantro, rice, black beans, Sazon Goya and Vienna sausages. Pair that dish with plantains and guacamole, hot sauce and I would eat a feast.

Now let's role through a couple years. I have experienced the other side of money too. Fancy dinners where you order the highest price item on the menu because your guest is showing off, VIP rooms in casinos, VIP concerts in many arenas, VIP in bar lounges where your friend was connected to the springfield head mafia member you disliked so much you threw your drink in his face one night, suites in high end hotels, trips to stamford CT where I was paid for my bartending shift to escort my manager and VIP rooms in strip clubs where coke was always shoved at you because I looked like a rock star.

Let's fast forward...
I know the meaning of money through the rich and poor. I know and have experienced what people do for their money. I gave you a few examples that I have been through. I say a few because unfortunately I have seen other ways we will leave unspoken for.

I am sharing with you that I know it is hard to make money. I shine light to all of you who are not able to find a job. I shine love to the hard working housekeepers I work with who are paid shit but still can laugh. I shine energy to the ones who keep their head up high though they only get minimum wage. I shine life amongst those who continue to hold their pride and continue to pray for hope that they may be recognized for their hard work for once.

Lets be present for a moment. What would happen if you were diagnosed with cancer but were living on rice and beans or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? That was all you could afford. You were down to your last dollar. No insurance, no credit cards, no savings, no family members or friends to support you. Nothing!!!! You were barely homeless. What would you choose to do? You have not many choices huh.....???? Surprisingly I hate to tell you but you are actually better off than the person who has all the money in the world.......

Which Side Do We Choose? I am only the sweetest girl

I speak of this lecture from my college teacher as words that are spoken from some high creator. As I have said in previous blogs you can take what I say with a grain of salt or you can just listen and let yourself be open. I am sharing my lecture with you because we all have a choice and the power over our own bodies. Are you going to own that power and take control of your one life you are given? Or are you going to sit back comfortably because it's easier to just wrap a chain around your neck and have others walk you like a dog? It all comes down to which side are you going to choose?

My professor lectured us that day on the Hoxsey clinic in Mexico. He described to us how the clinic started in the United States but was eventually driven out by the FDA/Government officials and now resides in Mexico. Harry Hoxsey is the original founder of the clinic and was later passed onto Mildred Nelson. The clinic was known for reversing cancer in many people through numerous modalities including the Hoxsey diet. They had such a great outcome and following that the FDA threatened them and pushed them out of Texas. Do even know what threaten means?  They warn you first, then put you on their list and watch you.  If you continue to live by the truth they knock on your door and threaten you some more.  Keep on doing what you are doing and they will threaten you some more over and over again until you leave the United States or you will die.  Not just your being but every paper or evidence you may hold.

You may be thinking why would they do such a thing? Well the clinic hardly charged any money for their services. They had such wonderful results in reversing cancer that there were numerous people knocking on their doors in hope. But this took away from the money conventional cancer therapies were receiving on a daily basis. The drug companies including chemotherapy, radiation and surgery are a multi trillion dollar company. You think they have your best interest at heart but it all comes down to the dollar dollar bill y'all.

The Teacher

I start blogging with the title fifteen years ago to astragalus root, slide in there with sovereign silver and una de gato and end with one of my favorite artists 50 cent. I need you to all know the video needed to be thrown in there. I want to incorporate the many loves that I hold close to my heart. Therefore this week I will break up blogs with what I inhale deeply in my life. They not necessarily have to do with health but are similar to what you may love or have a passion for. But for now lets take it back to fourteen years ago. Who enlightened and made me start questioning the drug companies and the conventional doctors everyone puts so much faith in?

I was getting my associates degree in science at MCTC in CT. At the end of my last semester the second year I took a nutrition course. One day my teacher brought to my attention the cure for cancer. My ears popped opened with curiosity. The only classes I loved were my photography ones but that day I developed a new love. If I ever got anything out of this basic community college it was the teacher who woke me up out of my senses. I not only remember the time of day but of all the classrooms I remember my surroundings and the lightening. Seems strange to me how vivid the setting was and how I will remember the morning forever. That day is one of my many moments which made me who I am today.

The next blog we will discuss the lecture that nudged me to research the truth of life we take for granted and how we all are given a choice...

50 Cent - Keep It Movin New (For Amber:)

You all are thinking what the hell does a 50 cent video have to do with your blogging words? Well sometimes you need to take life a little less serious, listen to the beat, close your eyes and allow a little bit of rhythm make the world go round.  Now go get your headphones and plug them into your phone or computer and tune in because you are not going to be able to hear the shallow beat without them.  You might find yourself standing up and shaking any ounce you carry or you might just hit stop.  Whatever moves you.  But we all need to keep on moving. Life is moving faster, our energy is increasing, try to keep up....I dare you....

Cat's Claw•uña de gato

Back to when I was younger opting for astragalus root instead of antibiotics, I still was coming down with colds after colds. I stopped taking the astragalus when my infection ended but incorporated cat's claw into my daily routine. Cat's claw is a strong immuno-stimulant. People who are always getting sick would benefit from taking this herb. I took Cat's claw for about a year and my sinus infections and bronchitis completely stopped. I hardly would get sick and if I felt one creeping on I would take echinacea or collidal silver.

Cat's Claw known as the Peruvian life-giver has many therapeutic benefits beside increasing the immune proteins interleukin -1 and -6 and the white blood cells. The herb helps with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, wound healing, herpes, aids, intestinal problems, allergies, irregular menstruation, hemorrhages, dysentery and many other ailments.

Known as Una de gato as the sacred herb of the rainforest by many shamans of Peru, the herb prevents cancers, aids in DNA cellular repair and inhibits tumor cell division. Una de gato has high antioxidant and blood building/cleansing properties which aids in lowering cholesterol and supporting the heart.

The shamans believed the herb was a balancer between the physical and spiritual. When disease started to set into the body it would effect the soul and would create an imbalance between the two. Once ingested Una de gato would help bring the two forms of spiritual and physical into unity.

The cause is within us. The cure is within us. When we know this our concept of disease is no longer that of something fixed upon the body cells which must be purged, cut or burned away. It is not something coming in from the outside which we cannot prevent. Rather it is a change from within, and we must find the reason why the body changes its perfect pattern to vibrate to discord rather than to harmony. ~Rebecca Beard

Sovereign silver

What should we take to boost our immune system at the first sign of a cold? Well we all need to be aware of our bodies response to infection first. Are you sneezing, feeling a little tired or achy these days from the abrupt change in the weather? Well I have. I woke up on Sunday morning when the temperature dropped into the fifties over night and the wind took us by surprise and started blowing my nose with numerous sneezes. I immediately reached for Collidal silver and took a teaspoon every hour to boost my immune system. Needless to say I swallowed it several times a day and it did not turn into a full blown cold or an infection.
Everyone needs to add sovereign silver to their medicinal cabinets. At the first sign of a cold you put a dropper full under your tongue up to seven times a day and no more. Taste like water and works as a natural antibiotic to kill any infection you may have in your body. To improve your immune on a regular basis throughout this flu season take once a day. Whole foods sells it if you need it right away along with www.herbalhealer.com at a discounted price. Even if your cold turns into an infection because you did not catch it, still reach for the Collidal silver and opt for no antibiotics!!!
